Mr. Wassom is an attorney who litigates disputes and counsels clients concerning copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity rights, advertising, and other complex commercial issues. In particular, he focuses in the brand-new legal issues raised by cutting-edge digital and emerging media. He blogs on these subjects at Wassom.com and regularly presents to industry groups, legal education seminars, and conferences across the country on social media, augmented reality, and related topics. In 2015 Elsevier published his book Augmented Reality Law, Privacy, and Ethics, the first book on AR legal issues. He is also an officer of AugmentedReality.Org.
