Rosario Ballesteros-Casas is the Founder and President of Business Creative Partners, an advisory firm specializing in Latin American Investments in the areas of technology, innovation and digital businesses. She is Co-Founder of VR Americas, a virtual reality production company and co-founder of “Girls4Code”, a platform for teaching Latinamerican girls & young women how to code. She is the former CEO of Grupo Senseta, Inc., a company providing actionable intelligent solutions regarding big data capture, analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Previously, Rosario was in charge of the opening of Julius Bar Private Bank in Colombia. In addition, Ms. Ballesteros-Casas was Chief of Staff for the prior Colombian First Lady of the Republic of Colombia. Rosario was also a Senior Consultant at the World Bank, where she dealt with economic matters in Latin America. She holds A Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the Universidad de los Andes, with a concentration in Economics, and an MBA from the University of Mondragon in Spain. Rosario holds executive education studies from institutions like London School of Economics, Kellogg School of Management and MIT.
