Nirav Desai leads Booz Allen's Experiential and Immersive Technology practice which develops applications for  immersive training, 3D planning, and experiential operations across the health, energy, government, and other highly regulated sectors. He has a particular interest in enterprise and industrial applications of emerging technologies to help disrupt incumbent business processes.

He is active in the startup community, serving as a startup mentor for TechStars Seattle, 9Mile Labs, and University of Washington's CoMotion Labs.

Nirav is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and serves as Affilate Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Washington.
