Bio
Matthew Vitti is currently one of the only VR Architects in the US, fusing his knowledge of architecture with his unique passion for Virtual Reality (VR.) As a licensed architect, Vitti leads TCA's Virtual Reality (VR) Studio, formulating projects for Virtual Reality experiences. The VR Studio allows the user to fully experience the built environment while a project is still in design. These experiences not only further the collective knowledge of the project, but also allow the design team to identify potential issues and provide resolution before the project even breaks ground. These early changes can save time and money in dealing, reducing the amount of change orders and RFI's during the construction process.
Prior to working at TCA, Vitti worked at Studio T-Square in Oakland and Long Beach, California as a senior designer, where he worked on several multifamily projects including 442 Ocean, 207 Seaside Way, and a remodel of 444 Ocean. Vitti also worked as a senior designer at MVE + Partners, where he worked on projects including: Playa Vista II, COMM 22, and Crescent Village. He brings 4 years of international work experience, serving as a senior designer and project design architect for several firms in Italy and China while living abroad.
As a graduate a Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, Vitti is currently preparing to speak throughout the United States and abroad on his specific expertise in VR and its application to architecture.
