Randy has proven capability for conceptualizing and realizing advanced software systems combining mixed reality and artificial intelligence. He leads a startup focused on personal informatics, developing a mixed reality mind mapping application for HoloLens called Loci. Previously as a research scientist at Lockheed Martin he proposed and won augmented and virtual reality research and development contracts with organizations such as DARPA, NASA, and ONR, assembling and leading proposal and software development teams, and delivering working software systems within time and funding constraints.
