Rika Nakazawa
Co-Chair of Enterprise Committee
VR AR Association
Bio
Rika is a technology industry veteran and adviser to ventures in the AR/VR/MR ecosystem, with a particular sensibility to the role of Human Centered Design. Having held strategy and BD roles at hardware, software and services enterprises globally - from NVIDIA, to SONY, Accenture, frog, among others - Rika intuitively recognizes the opportunity we collectively have to shape the next fifty years of computing, and the way we move from interfacing to integrating with all things digital. Her perspectives illuminate how to drive best of class experiences where human, digital and physical intersect, and how we can re-invent ways people come together to create, consume and celebrate the digital experiences that constitute Life as we know it, feel it, see it, and immerse in it.

  • VR For Enterprise: Building a Practical Roadmap for Success
    02:30 PM - 02:45 PM Jun 1
While many companies and institutions understand the need to investigate AR and VR, the path to success is a long one. Often, there are several teams at a single company looking at ways to leverage this technology, for internal processes as well as customer- and consumer-facing solutions. Taking these great ideas and turning them into viable projects is key. This panel will explore ways to effectively bring this vision to fruition: • Identifying the right use cases • Getting internal buy-in and budget • Finding development resources • Rolling out new AR/VR processes and products • Creating the right infrastructure for AR/VR advancements
